The iDiamant with Netatmo module allows the opening and closing of Bubendorff roller shutters remotely, via your smartphone.

Control your shutters even thousands of kilometers from home!

The system can also detect when you enter your home and automatically start opening the shutters, for example.

You can control the shutters of as many homes as you want.

2023 evolution of iDiamant

► Status feedback on the home+ Control app

Bubendorff has introduced a major update that further increases the potential of iDiamant. This update includes the addition of a shutter status feedback function. This functionality allows the user to remotely control the exact position of the rolling shutter , represented by a cursor on the Legrand Home + Control application.

This status feedback function concerns all shutters installed from 2020, with the exception of swing shutter motors and shutters with adjustable slats. The latter will be affected by the status return during a future update.

► Compatibility and voice assistants
All voice assistants will be recognized with the new version of Home+ Control: Siri, Google, Alexa. This will also benefit all iDiamants sold since 2020.

► Simplification of installation
Setting up an iDiamant is simplified: it has been done almost instantly since January 2023.

The iDiamant home automation box is compatible with all voice assistants such as Siri by Apple, Ok Google, Amazon Alexa .

How to install iDiamant with Netatmo home automation?

Installation is extremely simple. Simply download the app for free from Google Play or the Apple Store.

Plug the iDiamant module into a power outlet.

You will find Legrand's complete video tutorial in the videos for this product.

You can then program your settings directly from your smartphone (minimum Android 5.0 or iOs 9). A WiFi connection is required to activate everything.

The Home + Control by Legrand application is then compatible with other features to have a complete home automation solution for your home.
By equipping your home with suitable products, you can control your roller shutters, but also the lighting, manage energy, heat, etc.

iDiamant: how do I know if my motor or shutter is compatible?

List of Bubendorff radio motors compatible with the iDiamant:

> R radio engine, manufactured after 2011.

> ID2 radio engine,

> RG type grouped control motor after August 2013

> ID3 motors with adjustable blades

> Motorization of SOLAR swing shutters

List of radio shutters that can be paired with the iDiamant

> ID2 radio shutters, Mono or Tradi range, manufactured from 2011 (compatibility to be checked) and all after 2013

> ID+ radio shutters, Mono or Tradi range with aluminum apron or adjustable slats

> ID3 Bubendorff SOLAR or normal shutters

Question : How do I reset my iDiamant?

Answer : It is possible to reset the iDiamant module by pressing the button for 20 seconds. It is then necessary to repeat the pairing procedure to add the different components.

Question : My iDiamant module cannot connect to my smartphone even though it is present on the Orange box?

Answer : You must separate the 2.4 and 5 ghz wifi by going to the address 192.168.1.1.
This allows you to access the settings of your Orange box. You will need to enter the password of the first 8 digits of your wifi key if recent.
Then go to the wifi tab and separate 2.4 and 5 ghz (Option to check)

Question : If I already have a Bubendorff clock, what should I do?

Answer : It is not necessary toneutralize. The operation of the iDiamant is added to the clock, as an additional control point. It does not take its place (you can have 4 control points per component).

Tres bon produit : depuis le temps que j'attendais une solution pour domotiser ces volets sans avoir à bricoler avec des soudures hasardeuses sur les télécommandes :-). Expedition tres rapide mais problèmes avec le transporteur DPD ... mais évidemment pas la faute du vendeur. La procedure d'installation et l'appli pourraient etre un peu plus claires mais rien de choquant. Pour le moment pas integrable dans openhab comme les autres produits netatmo (et peut etre ca n'arrivera pas facilement), d'où une etoile en moins car il faudrait que les constructeurs arrêtent leurs protocoles propriétaires fermés)

Je suis très satisfait de la commande idiamant qui me permet de commander à distance mes groupes de volets. Mon installation est en moteurs CPL et dans chacun des groupes j'ai un moteur RG qui me permet l'utilisation de idiamant. Paramétrage de l'application simple et intuitive, je te recommande.

Le produit a fini par fonctionné (comme expliqué plus loin).
J'ai eu beaucoup de difficultés à le faire fonctionner sur mon Samsung Note 9. Beaucoup d'échange avec le SAV bubbendorff qui disait qu'il n'avait pas toutes les cartes en main car une partie est sous la responsabilité d'une autre marque.... Je n'ai toujours pas toutes les réponses attendues.... Un jour, un peu par hasard j'ai essayé avec un Iphone et alors là le rêve, installation en très peu de temps et l'appli fonctionne correctement. (Mon probleme est que le mien reste un Samsung). La procédure Samsung et Iphone sont complétement différentes (à comprendre pourquoi ????)...

Fonctionne parfaitement. Application très simple d'utilisation. Possibilité de créer plusieurs plannings. Possibilité de commander les volets sans être chez soi. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas la fonction aléatoire pour les horaires. J'ai constaté un petit temps de latence entre l'heure programmée et la fermeture des volets (1mn). Rien de rédhibitoire

Produit impeccable. Il apparait toutefois, pour mes volets roulants, qu'il a fallut impérativement couper le courant pendant 30sec pour que la procédure fonctionne correctement. Le pas-à-pas de l'application n'est pas très explicite à ce niveau. En ce sens, le SAV de Bubbendorf a été super réactif.
Gestion avec Google Home impeccable. Ouverture et fermeture automatique en fonction de l'aube et du crépuscule. Rien à dire !!

Personnel de la LaCentraleEco disponible et sympa. Prix intéressant. Délais respectés. Le iDiamant fonctionne correctement avec les volets roulants achetés en 2020 (télécommande Bubendorff 3 boutons). La position (ouverte/fermée) des volets roulants n'est pas indiquée avec l'application Home+Control de Legrand-Bubendorff, mais elle l'est avec l'application Maison d'Apple.
