Bubendorff engine warranty

Request for warranty coverage of a Bubendorff engine

In order to benefit from the 5-year warranty on your engine, Bubendorff asks you to follow this procedure.

Indeed, following numerous fraud attempts consisting of sending old engines out of warranty, or engines already tweaked by the end customer, we are obliged to ask you to validate all these points.

We are here to help you so that everything goes well and everything goes quickly, as in 90% of the cases.

Upon receipt of your request by our services, we will:
- Study your request (48H),
- Make a request to Bubendorff and wait for their return (5 days),
- Receive the Bubendorff authorization and send it back to you with a pre-filled document to put in the box that you will send to Bubendorff (48 hours).

We thank you for your patience during the 10 days which will follow the sending of this form, avoiding to relaunch us within 48 hours. We are doing our best as you already know. ;-)

I attest that in the event of non -compliance with one of these points, the warranty would not be applicable and that costs 60? TTC would be requested to recover my engine. (Costs requested by Bubendorff)
