1 Optimal protection of the winding shaft
The box fitted as standard to the winding shaft prevents any manipulation of the door winding. It also protects the door leaf from damage and dirt when the door is open. For colored doors or doors with Decograin veneer, the look of the bonnet is identical to the door leaf, while for Decopaint doors, the bonnet is delivered in the color of the door.

2 Tension spring technology with double spring system
The double tension springs and double wire ropes of the Hörmann RollMatic roller garage door protect the door leaf from falling in all positions. Thanks to the patented double spring system and the transparent protective casing, no spring can be ejected, thus eliminating the risk of injury.

3 wear-resistant bearing rings
Thanks to the use of wear-resistant materials, the roller rings leave no marks on the upper profiles of the door leaf.

4 Slides and storm hooks
4.1 Even under high wind loads (up to class 4), the Hörmann RollMatic door does not sag. The standard storm hooks placed at the ends of the profiles effectively hold the door in the guides. In addition, they make it possible to reinforce anti-intrusion security.

RollMatic roll-up doors are quick and easy to assemble. The side guide rails, false lintel and operator are screwed to the garage walls and the lintel. Using straps, the apron can then be hoisted by the motorization and fixed effortlessly on the winding shaft.

6 Compensation set for assembly

External roll-up garage door: The solution in case of insufficient lintel fallout

For garages with a reduced lintel and/or side spandrels, the RollMatic is also available as an exterior roll-up garage door for installation in front of the opening. The exterior roll-up garage door is delivered as a complete set including a perfectly adapted motorization. For a uniform and harmonious appearance of the door, the winding shaft cover and the fixed frame are supplied in the color of the door.
