Description

Bubendorff reference: 221136 (straight motor 221030 + adapter 1.2 270768) - for ID1 range

Product reference 221138 (left motor 221031 + adapter 1.2 270768) is replaced by reference 221136 (right motor). The direction of rotation must be modified once the motor has been reassembled on the shutter using the downloadable procedure in the "Attached files" tab.

Attention for shutters before 1998, it is advisable to dismantle the motor before placing your order. Indeed, since 1998, your shutter has already been able to undergo an after-sales service with the complete replacement of the cheek and the motor. Here are the 2 possible solutions:

Connectors from before 1998, you are on the right product sheet.

Connections after 1998, your engine has already had an after-sales service with a change in the flange. In this case you have to go back in the engine configurator and consider that your shutter is Between 1999 and 2011 .

100% original Bubendorff spare part

  • BUBENDORFF radio motor with group control type RG
  • Torque: 25Nm
  • Automatic limit switches
  • Comes with 1.2 adapter
  • Delivered with its wall-mounted radio transmitter (223026). Note: the RG radio engine works exclusively with an ID radio transmitter labeled with the same S/N number.
  • Compatible with additional transmitter (226001), ID2 clock (229026), 5-channel transmitter (229017) and universal interface (229018).

Note: this motor can replace CI and CG motors equipped with a 1.2 connection which are no longer manufactured by Bubendorff.

Is the RG radio engine centralizable?

Yes, and that's where it's at. It works with the radio protocol and the carrier current protocol (CPL). It can therefore be adapted to all centralized installations whether they are radio or wired.

Centralization can be managed with one of the following Bubendorff radio remote controls:

How to mount the 1.2 or 2.0 adapter on an R or RG Bubendorff engine?

The R, RG or R X3D engines are the latest generation of engines manufactured by Bubendorff. These new Bubendorff motors require the installation of adapters to be mounted in place of the old motors which are no longer manufactured today. You will find in the photo assembly below how you will have to do to mount your 2.0 or 1.2 adapter on your Bubendorff R, RG or R X3D engine.

Example of assembly with the RG motor and the 2.0 adapter:

How to be sure of the motor torque to choose?

R motors are now available in 10 Nm, 25 Nm and 33 Nm torque. If 6 or 10 Nm is marked on your motor, you can be sure that the 10 Nm motor will be suitable. If it is registered 20 or 25 Nm, you can take the 25Nm motor and if it is registered 30 or 33 Nm then orient yourself on the 33 Nm.

It is not advisable to take a torque higher than that which is in place. In fact, as the engine is stopped by force at the level of the high and low stops, you risk breaking the fasteners of the apron (called automatic locks) of the shutter on their axis, or even damaging the blades of the apron.
However, if you want to increase the torque of your motor, remember to add one or two pairs of automatic locks to your order.

If you have any doubts about the engine torque in place, do not hesitate to send us a request with the SN number of the shutter either by chat (bottom right) or via our form.

How to replace the RG radio motor?

All the disassembly and assembly steps are given in the downloadable instructions in the "Attached files" tab.

What are the conditions of application of the guarantee on Bubendorff roller shutter motors?

The warranty is valid for 5 years from the engine invoice date. If your engine requires a warranty claim, you can contact our services, the engine will then have to bemay be returned with its transmitter. You will need to make sure beforehand that the motor has not been punctured or has not suffered an electrical surge. Indeed, in the last 2 cases mentioned, it is not an engine fault and the manufacturer will not apply the guarantee.

This engine seems longer than the one I currently have, is it compatible?

Don't worry, this motor model is compatible with your shutter, you will just have to drill the metal shaft further to rivet it, be careful not to drill the motor, the guarantee would be inapplicable.

Is the motor sold with its remote control, will my old control still work?

All Bubendorff radio motors are sold with a transmitter previously paired in the factory with the motor, your old transmitter cannot under any circumstances control this new motor, and if an additional control is needed, a transmitter must be added to your order. additional removable.

Is there a particular commissioning setting on this model?

No, powering up and setting the shutter to the top and bottom stop will allow it to initialize on its own, if you do not want the shutter to stop automatically at the top stop, it will then be possible to configure it (only the top stop can be configured).
The upper stop adjustment steps are available in the downloadable instructions in the "Attached files" tab.
