CI2 10 Nm motor: the ID2 roller shutter motor

Reference CI 2 consists of a radio R (tubular) motor on one side and an adapter bag with ID2 connector on the other, instead of a single-piece motor.

See attached instructions.

The product comes with the motor and adapter to be assembled : the ID2 adapter is to be placed in place of the wires. The operation is very simple : simply remove the blue part with a screwdriver, then position the adapter.

Warning, this motor is not suitable for ID shutters from before 2011 if 96 97 98 99 00 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 then this is not the correct reference.

If this engine is suitable, the first two digits should be 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19

Explanation of serial number for ID2 shutter motor

Example: 11 814242 001 001 44

Also, the 3rd digit of the SN number must be 8.

Example : 13 8 41420 001 002 14

If the first two digits of your request are 10 and we recommended this engine, it is not a mistake; in rare cases, this engine was marketed in 2010.

Note: The ID CI2 radio motor works exclusively with an ID radio transmitter labeled with the same S/N number.

Is this motor suitable for a wooden shutter?

These drives are designed to operate roller shutters other than wooden and steel ones. They are made for barrels with a minimum diameter of 50 mm or 60 mm.

How do I replace an ID2 motor with an RI?

Switch the power off, drill out the rivet and unclip the tabs to remove the motor. Fit the new RI motor into the barrel with the adapter and rivet it using the supplied 4x8 rivets.

Remplace un moteur ID2 de 2013 en panne. J'ai dû adapter la longueur du tube conformément à la notice et le brancher en direct, mon connecteur datant de 2013 était défectueux. Fonctionne parfaitement, compatible idiamant avec indication de position du volet.
