Installation & usage tips
- Ideal positioning: install the sensor vertically on a facade exposed to the sun, close to the motor to be controlled and with the Somfy logo in the right direction.
- Minimum exposure: The sensor must receive at least 4 hours of direct light per day to maintain its charge.
- Avoid obstacles: Do not install behind reflective objects or in shaded areas.
- Manual fastening recommended: avoid using an electric screwdriver to avoid damaging the housing.
- Simple pairing: follow the association procedure with your Somfy io system or TaHoma box.
