Type of construction: Construction of a new timber-framed house subject to RT2012.

Type T5 with 1 bathroom, 1 bathroom/WC and 1 WC. Surface area 124.4 m². Volume 325 m3.

The particularities of the project:

Part of the house on 2 floors with a wooden floor and the R+1 under sloping ceiling (no attic or loft) with a central wooden beam to cross. The other part of the house is a living room volume under sloping ceiling with a beam to cross between the first volume and the living room/lounge.

No technical space under the slopes and the external peripheral lining for the passage of ducts. False ceiling limited to 10 cm of void in the habitable part, 21 cm of void accepted in the bathroom/WC room in which the VMC and the distribution boxes were installed.
