Description

The most efficient heat exchanger on the market

This hydraulic Canadian well preheats the air in winter. And conversely, it refreshes the air in summer, thanks to the thermal inertia of the ground.

Product content

  • EPP insulated box with glycol water/air exchanger
  • Filtration: Integrated G4 type air filter
  • Pre-assembled hydraulic unit: class "A" circulation pump, a safety unit, an expansion vessel, a pressure gauge and filling valves

Ease of use

The design of this exchanger makes your life easier. The filters are directly accessible to simplify replacement.

Front and top covers provide easy access to maintenance and components.

Last point, the exchanger can be used both with an air inlet on the left or on the right .

Operation of the air / water heat exchanger for Canadian wells or Provençal wells:

The fresh air blown into the house comes directly from the outside. It passes through this battery to be cooled or heated in contact with the heat exchanger fed by the water circulating underground.

The maximum flow rate recommended for the G-2000 exchanger, the most common in single-family homes,   is 300 m3/h. The length of the geothermal sheath must be between 100 and 300 m .

The maximum flow rate for the G-4000 exchanger is 450 m3/h (up to 500m of buried duct) and 600 m3/h for the G-6000 exchanger (up to 600m of buried duct)

In the case of a classic Provençal hydraulic well installation, including 100m of geothermal collector buried at least 1m20 under the finished ground with a temperature of 12°C, hot air at 28°C blown in at 200 m3/h can be cooled at 15°C.

The Canadian well pump is supplied with 230V.

Regulation is managed by the Renovent model Plus or Flair model Plus type double-flow VMC .

The NT K10 temperature sensor positioned at the entrance of the Canadian well triggers the electronic card to send a 10V voltage as soon as the temperature:

  • is less than 5°C in winter (factory default temperature can be modified)
  • above 25°C in summer (also modifiable).

The relay transforms the 10V voltage into a 220V voltage to enable the circulator to be started.

  • Aeraulic connections: DN250
  • Reversible right or left air inlet by simply reversing the location of the filter
  • Hydraulic connections:
  • Power consumption: 20W
  • Pressure drop: 12 Pa at 300 m3/h
  • Condensate drain: DN40
  • Thermal power:

Where and how to install this hydraulic module?

Option 1: On the outside fresh air intake. The fresh air arriving from outside is thus refreshed in summer and heated in winter before passing through the machine.

Advantages: The electric antifreeze battery of the machine does not need to operate in winter. The ground temperature at the catchment is "cooled" in winter in anticipation of summer.

Option 2: Between the double flow VMC box and the air distribution box in the house.

Advantage: Better efficiency for summer comfort.
