Description of the multi-configuration air distributor boxes

The plastic multi-configuration air distribution boxes have been designed to simplify the installation, commissioning and maintenance of air networks. These new air distribution boxes, with class C airtightness according to EN 12237, provide a real solution in terms of airtightness. These multi-configuration boxes make it possible to optimize the performance of high-efficiency ventilation units and to meet future regulatory requirements in this area.

The distribution boxes allow the default adaptation of circular ducts with a diameter of 75mm. To adapt, one or more departures of circular ducts in diameter 90 mm or flat ducts 50x102 mm and 60x132 mm, it is enough to add the corresponding adapters.

• Vertical or horizontal installation (wall or ceiling) depending on the positioning of the multi-diameter connection for EPE ducts (ø 125, 150, 160 or 180 mm)
• Multi-configurations: maximum flow of 450m3/h, low pressure drops (1Pa@100m3/h)
• Class C sealing (EN12237)
• Simplified commissioning for network balancing: sizing software to determine the use of flow reducers (x8 possible settings) according to the type of duct, its length and its air flow
