HDPE flat duct 60x132 mm (20m) semi-rigid, anti-static and anti-bacterial treated for ventilation network

Description of the networks

We offer 6 types of semi-rigid networks specially dedicated to ventilation installations in housing:

• The corrugated network with a diameter of 75mm outside (63mm inside) with a smooth coating of food quality and without treatment, the flow corresponding to 3 m/s (for acoustic comfort) is 34 m3/h.
• The ringed network with a diameter of 75mm outside (63mm inside) with a smooth anti-static and anti-bacterial treated coating, the flow rate corresponding to 3 m/s (for acoustic comfort) is 34 m3/h.
• The corrugated network with a diameter of 90mm outside (75mm inside) with smooth coating of food quality and without treatment, the flow corresponding to 3 m/s (for acoustic comfort) is 48 m3/h.
• The ringed network with a diameter of 90mm outside (75mm inside) with a smooth anti-static and anti-bacterial treated coating, the flow rate corresponding to 3 m/s (for acoustic comfort) is 48 m3/h.
• The flat corrugated network 50 mm thick and 102 mm wide outside with smooth anti-static and anti-bacterial treated coating, the flow rate corresponding to 3 m/s (for acoustic comfort) is 35 m3/h. It makes it possible to adapt to reduced space configurations (passage to dubbing for example).
• The flat corrugated network 60 mm thick and 132 mm wide outside with smooth anti-static and anti-bacterial treated coating, the flow rate corresponding to 3 m/s (for acoustic comfort) is 55 m3/h. It makes it possible to adapt to reduced space configurations, in particular for the kitchen (2 tubes in parallel).

NETWORK QUALITY

To preserve indoor air quality, durability and optimal operation of the installation, it is important to choose a rigid or semi-rigid, food-grade network with antistatic and antibacterial properties.

These networks limit pressure drops, do not collapse in technical spaces, are hygienic and cleanable, are in fact much more durable and help maintain optimal indoor air quality.
