A width from XS to XXL

TRADI ID + roller shutter: Designed to last

  • Aluminum aprons offering enhanced resistance to corrosive environments across the entire color chart. All the powder coated frames of the standard and extended color charts are textured and classified High Durability according to the ISO 16474-2:2013 standard.
  • Aluminum (DP368, DP413) double wall profile with CFC-free foam insulation
  • Steel flange with cataphoresis coating for resistance to salt spray of 480 hours
  • Blade tips to reduce friction
  • Tested to 30,000 cycles. This is twice as much as the NF standard which stops at 14,000 cycles.
  • After-sales service for 20 years
  • End slat in extruded aluminum

Technical characteristics

  • Double-walled aluminum apron equipped with slat ends with storm hooks (depending on dimensions) and automatic locks
  • All the slats of Bubendorff shutters are perforated, to allow the light to be dosed at will, and equipped with noise-reducing end caps.

Advantages of the traditional Bubendorff ID+ roller shutter

  • Completely invisible, integrated under the facade cladding, it can be installed both in new construction in tunnel boxes, and in renovation in existing joinery boxes.
  • A large choice of slats to cover all sizes of openings. This shutter is up to 4.5 meters wide

The DP368 apron is compatible with any titan box regardless of size.

We find this width of aluminum slats for the smallest dimensions, with a maximum width of 3000mm.

The DP408 apron is compatible with any titan box regardless of size.

Max size bubendorff 413

The DP413 apron can be embedded in a box if it does not exceed 2500 mm in height. This type of aluminum slats can go over a maximum width of 4500 mm.

You will receive your shutters on one side, and the boxes on the other. This will make it easier for you to install the boxes because there won't be the shutters in there. And then you will install the shutters, once the facade is finished.

Sites de fort enneigement : positionner obligatoirement le panneau PV verticalement et en façade.

Fonction Pilotage : le panneau PV doit être positionné à proximité du volet, sur la même façade et sans ombrage sur le panneau.
