The Oximo RTS 20Nm motor integrates Radio Technology Somfy technology, this is Somfy's historical radio protocol with more than 10 million
of equipment installed. this technology is called Mono-directional because only the sender can communicate to the receiver. This technology allows, for example, your engine to inform your transmitter that the requested operation has been carried out. To take full advantage of your Somfy motor in RTS technology, opt for accessories belonging to the RTS protocol as well. There is indeed an incompatibility between the RTS protocol and the IO protocol. The two technologies are different, despite both being wireless radio systems. For example, it is impossible to operate an RTS motor with an IO transmitter and vice versa.
