Somfy motors combine comfort and safety on a daily basis.
The Oximo RTS 30 Nm motor incorporates Somfy Radio Technology, which is Somfy's historical radio protocol with more than 10 million installed devices.
This technology is called Unidirectional because only the transmitter can communicate with the receiver. This technology allows, for example, your motor to inform your transmitter that the requested operation has been successfully completed.
To fully benefit from your Somfy motor's RTS technology, choose accessories that also support the RTS protocol. There is an incompatibility between the RTS and IO protocols.
The two technologies are different, even though both are wireless radio systems. For example, it is impossible to operate an RTS motor with an IO transmitter and vice versa.

Oximo RTS motor, an intelligent motor:
Universal solution | Fits all types of roller shutters. |
Somfy Drive Control™ | Improves the durability of the apron and its mechanism through continuous electronic analysis of motor torque. |
Stopping over obstacle | If the shutter is equipped with locks, the motor will stop automatically when descending. |
Frost protection | In case of frost or if the final blade is blocked, the motor stops when the curtain is being raised. |
Burglary resistance | In case of break-in, resistance to lifting when the apron is lowered. |
