Original remote control
This is the remote control (also called transmitter) which was delivered with your roller shutter . On remote controls since 2018, there are 3 buttons : up, down and the last one which allows you to memorize an intermediate solution.
It only allows you to direct the roller shutter itself. This is why we speak of an individual order .
How to replace this remote control identically?
If your shutter was manufactured after 2007, it is possible to reproduce this main transmitter.
The serial number (S/N), indicated at the bottom of your panel, allows you to recreate the correct remote control. To replace it , it's very simple: indicate this number when placing your order.
Also note, remote controls sold with a replacement motor can be reproduced. Bubendorff cannot find the security key that corresponds to the latter.
Control a group of shutters by adding a remote control
If you want to control a group of shutters with a very simple solution, equip yourself with an additional remote control. No more need to operate them individually.
Provided that the motor is compatible and that the shutter is from 2010, this allows up to 20 shutters to be grouped within the same remote control.
Furthermore, you can add up to 4 remote controls per shutter .
For example, we have customers who equip themselves with an additional remote control to close everything from their car.
No need to go around the house when leaving, they use their remote control directly from their vehicle to close the roller shutters.

If you want to control several groups of shutters, your choice of remote control will be different.

Thanks to the integrated clock, you program, at a precise time, the opening/closing of a group of shutters . Thanks to this feature, lower your shutters to protect you from the sun in the middle of summer, or the opposite from the cold when night falls in winter.
This remote control also controls 4 groups of shutters, manually (i.e. without the function linked to a specific time).

This clock allows you to group 4 groups, with time management of opening/closing for the 4 groups .
For your comfort , an astronomical function: the raising/lowering of the shutters is automatically linked to the times of sunrise/sunset.
For your safety , a presence simulation function is integrated. Concretely, the shutters will open/close at different times during your absence. This will give the impression that the accommodation is well occupied.
This clock is easier to use than the multichannel: easier to configure, better ergonomics with these different buttons.
