Grid description

The corrugated grid with 75mm external diameter (63mm internal) with smooth food grade coating with or without anti-static and anti-bacterial treatment, the flow rate corresponding to 3 m/s (for acoustic comfort) is 34 m3/h.

We offer 3 other types of semi-rigid network specially dedicated to ventilation installations for most houses:

• The corrugated network of 90mm external diameter (75mm internal) with smooth food quality coating with or without anti-static and anti-bacterial treatment, the flow rate corresponding to 3 m/s (for acoustic comfort) is 48 m3/h.
• The flat ringed network of 50 mm thickness for 102 mm external width with smooth anti-static and anti-bacterial treated coating, the flow rate corresponding to 3 m/s (for acoustic comfort) is 35 m3/h. It can be adapted to small space configurations (passage in lining or partition for example).
• The flat corrugated network of 60 mm thickness for 132 mm external width with smooth coating treated anti-static and anti-bacterial, the flow rate corresponding to 3 m/s (for acoustic comfort) is 55 m3/h. It allows to adapt to the configurations of reduced space especially for the kitchen (2 tubes in parallel).

GRID QUALITY

To preserve indoor air quality, durability and optimal operation of the installation, it is important to choose a rigid or semi-rigid type of grid that is food grade and has antistatic and antibacterial properties.

These networks limit pressure losses, do not crush in technical spaces, are hygienic and cleanable, are in fact much more sustainable and allow for optimal indoor air quality.
