DOUBLE FLOW VENTILATION RENOVENT EXCELLENT 300 FROM BRINK CLIMATE SYSTEMS
The double flow CMV RENOVENT EXCELLENT 300 is the previous model to the new current FLAIR 325 model .
If the FLAIR 325 ventilation has improved technical characteristics on the criteria of motor consumption, efficiency, acoustics... the Renovent Excellent 300 remains a very efficient machine.
It is a model that remains highly appreciated by installers and our customers.
The RENOVENT EXCELLENT 300 is also still PHI certified (for passive houses) .
The VMC Renovent Excellent 300 has different nozzle locations from the VMC Flair 325.
Depending on the installation configurations, it will be much easier to install. A simpler installation is less expensive, less cumbersome because it requires less network and less bends. The overall performance of the installation is thus optimized.
The Renovent Excellent 300 ventilation box is recommended for individual housing or individual houses from 100 to 180 m². Beyond that or to overventilate at night, it will be necessary to focus on the Renovent Excellent 400 or 450 models.
This double flow CMV is equipped with a constant flow fan technology (System patented by Brink) which was a very important development in the early 2010s. Indeed, unlike the regulated flow machines that we find Still today, balancing has become much simpler to perform and the flow set point is maintained over time despite clogging of the filters. The fans are reaction (vanes inclined backwards).
The high-efficiency heat exchanger is counter-current and cross-flow made of plastic material. An enthalpy exchanger is also available as an option for the recovery of humidity in winter. The device is also equipped with an automatic bypass to switch directly to the supply of outside air when it is cooler than the indoor air in summer.

In airtight, passive or high altitude houses it is preferable to choose an integrated or external electric pre-heater or a Canadian well. Anti-freeze protection by reducing the blowing rate unbalances the incoming and outgoing air flows, puts the house under depression, reduces the efficiency of the exchanger and, for less airtight houses, causes cold air to enter. The Rénovent Excellent 300 is fitted as standard with an electric pre-heater which, despite its electricity consumption, consumes less energy than a mmachine without pre-heater.

The 4 position selector is a wired manual control box connected by an RJ12 cable (included in the kit) with:
Air Control is an electronic regulation box with a weekly clock that can be programmed on demand. This control box allows access to all the machine settings in a remote way (installer and user menu available to read the states, to parameterise them or to solve the errors noticed). The DN32 wet siphon is a conventional siphon that is installed after the dry siphon and when primed maintains the airtight seal to the wastewater system and protects the electronics from condensate build-up inside the machine.
Dry siphon DN32mm. Brink's dry siphon is equipped with a ball that allows condensate to pass in one direction but does not allow air to pass in the other. This ensures a seal against the waste water system, protection of the machine and optimum machine efficiency without the risk of de-priming.
.The 60% IC filter (G4) protects the fan from the coarsest particles in the indoor air.
In winter, the enthalpy exchanger transfers part of the humidity present in the extracted air of the house to the fresh and dry air blown in. The enthalpy exchanger thus makes it possible to maintain a sufficiently comfortable relative humidity level in the dwelling while continuing to ventilate in an important way.
