How do I change my shading tape?
/ Unhook the pack of slats by unhooking the directional tapes at the level of the motor (small balls)
/ Put the pack of blades at the bottom, correctly stacked
/ Run the motor simulating the descent to unwind all the tape. If necessary, put the motor in limit switch learning mode to run it continuously to unwind all the tape. Pull lightly on it to keep the tape taut.
/ Stop the motor when you see the ball passing through a small blue pico. Unclip the pico not completely to keep its original location.
/ Put the package horizontally, keeping it compact.
/ Dismantle the final slat to recover the other end of the ribbon
/ Pull the ribbon by the last blade and iron the new ribbon in the pack of blades. ideally hook the new ribbon to the old one to pass it easily through all the slams. It also depends on where and how your ribbon is broken...
/ Once the ribbon has passed through the pack of blades, hang the bottom as identically in the load bar
/ Keep the same length as the original ribbon while making a loop (take out your sewing needles!) on the motor side
/ Pass the ribbon around the pulley and replace the blue pin.
/ Run the motor simulating a climb, while keeping the tape taut. Roll it all up until the tape is taut
/ Check that the stretched bso is horizontal
/ if everything is ok, fix the directional tape as originally.
/ Adjust the upper and lower limit switches.
/ Admire the beautiful repair you have just done ;-)

- Bonjour, Merci pour votre retour. Effectivement, il arrive que les cartons soient surdimensionnés car les petits colis se perdent dans les camions.
