General Conditions of Sale

To spare you some time, here is a non-contractual summary of the most important points to remember :

• The receipt of the goods is under your responsibility so remember to put precise and complete reservations on the driver's delivery note. Even if he is in a hurry, don't let him go and open the packages in front of him! If the package/product is damaged, the product must be kept in order to save time later in the complaint and refund procedure. (see details in the GTC)

• A custom-made product cannot be taken back or exchanged. That's why we check after your order the options chosen and the dimensions by calling you. Same with the color which may be different between your perception and the delivered hue. (see details in the GTC)

• If a standard product does not suit you, you can return it to us and we will refund you to the extent that it may be resold. (see details in the GTC)

• The unloading of products of the type (rainwater tank) is under your responsibility. It is therefore up to you to organize yourself to have the appropriate equipment to bring down the tank of the chartered truck (30T). For shutters or other technical products from 30 to 50 kg, we use more conventional courier services, or the driver manages the unloading. It may ask you, or even require you to handle unloading for large dimensions.(see details in the GTC)

• In validating your order you entrust to accept the General Conditions of Sale, and certify that you have read them and that you are in agreement with them.

• For orders delivered outside France, the general conditions are specific.
