Delivery by courier
Your product will be shipped by Geodis using standard or express courier service, depending on the size, weight and destination.
Delivery can also be done by charter with direct delivery to your home. Unloading always remains your responsibility. See our general conditions of sale on this subject.
The delivery date will be validated with you. No package will be shipped without your agreement.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, in the morning only.
If unavailable, you can change the delivery address to have it delivered to your garage, your workplace or another address of your choice.
A reception procedure will be sent to you to explain everything a few days before.
Noticed:
- A signature will be required upon delivery. It is also recommended to provide a "MOBILE" telephone number.
- We pass your email address to the carrier so that they can give you more precise times the same day when your package is delivered.
We have been shipping thousands of packages every year since 2008. From small envelopes to 10,000L rainwater tanks. Rest assured, we have complete control over the delivery of our products. It is then up to you to receive them properly ;-)
