Each parcel sent, via DPD, has a tracking number that you will find in the dispatch confirmation email that will be sent directly by DPD.

We send you your invoice by email and we modify the status of your order when the package has been collected from us.


With this number, you can track your package (be careful, the delay is rather about 72 hours):

To know:

  • A signature may be required upon delivery.

  • When ordering, please indicate your digicode number , which is essential for delivery.

  • It is recommended to provide a MOBILE phone number to receive SMS notifications

  • In case of absence , and if the package is too bulky to be left in the mailbox, it will be pending at the post office closest to the delivery address, or at a relay point if this is closer than the post office, or at the Dpd agency.

  • For international deliveries, you must indicate a telephone number only of the country in which the delivery is planned.

  • In an effort to improve the delivery experience, we provide your email address to the carrier and your mobile phone number.

    This allows us to provide you with more precise information on the delivery of your package.
    In addition, this gives the possibility of rescheduling the delivery of your package or redirecting it to a relay point.

    If however you do not wish to share your email address with the carrier, please contact us.
    Stopping sharing of your email address will be effective for all carriers.

Delivery to DPD relay point

To be delivered to a relay point, you must select and indicate in the appropriate field the code of the desired relay point.

It is important to note the relay point code and in no case the address of a post office . We will not be able to deliver to the post office directly.

After validating and paying for your order, you can pick up your product at the pick-up point. Remember to bring your ID.
Please note that the package is kept for 8 days in a relay point before being returned to Lacentrale-eco.

The recipient may continue to make reservations if necessary, according to the usual procedures (reservations issued on the scanner of the relay).
