Your product will be shipped to your company via Chronopost
Each package sent via Chronopost (in France), DPD or Colissimo has a traceability number that you will find in the shipping confirmation email or in Your account. With this number, you can track your package:
- on the website http://www.chronopost.fr
- by phone at 0969 391 391 from France and the DROM-COM and New Caledonia (call at the price of a local call) from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm and saturday from 8:00 to 12:00
Note:
- If you are a professional based in Europe (except in France), please send us your VAT number when validating your order at: contact@lacentrale-eco.com
- A signature can be requested upon delivery. When ordering, please indicate your digicode number, imperative for delivery. It is also recommended to provide a phone number. In case of absence, and if the package is too large to be left in the mailbox, it will be put on hold at the post office closest to the delivery address, or in a relay point if it is closer than the post office, or at the Chronopost agency if the post office is closed or if you have chosen delivery à la carte. In addition, for international deliveries, you must provide a telephone number only of the country in which the delivery is scheduled.
- In order to improve the delivery experience, we transmit your e-mail address to the carrier so that he can provide you with more accurate information about the routing of your package and give you the opportunity to re-schedule the delivery of your package or redirect it to a relay point. If, however, you do not wish to share your email address with the carrier, please contact us. Stopping the sharing of your email address will be effective for all carriers.
