You can order on Lacentrale-eco and have it delivered in Switzerland.

Depending on the type of package and its dimensions, you can be delivered:

• by Colissimo or DPD,
• by a carrier,

Delivery with Colissimo for Switzerland

• The average delivery time is 3 to 5 days for a small parcel after it has been dispatched from our warehouses.
• The cost of delivery is calculated based on the weight of your order. It is indicated in the basket.

1) Select the product you want to buy.

2) Click on the "order" button to add the product to your basket. This is displayed and you can continue shopping or confirm your order by clicking on "order" again.

3) You arrive on the page with the list of delivery methods and the delivery address. To display the correct delivery method, don't forget to select Switzerland in the "Country" tab.

4) Delivery method, payment and VAT adjust automatically. All you have to do is confirm your order!

We currently deliver throughout French-speaking Switzerland. We offer our services in the following cantons (subject to change):

We support many package formats. The maximum size of a package is 1 meter for Colissimo and 1.70m for DPD, while the maximum weight of a package is 30 kg.

Delivery with a carrier

The average delivery time of a package by a carrier is approximately 1 week after shipment to our premises. This period may vary depending on various parameters such as traffic conditions, customs formalities or any restrictions linked to the health crisis.

Delivery by a carrier is free for certain products. Otherwise the cost is indicated in the basket.

However, the average customs fees for a delivery in Switzerland are estimated at €199 excluding taxes for bulky products, such as roller shutters, parasols and pergola slats.

If you chose "Switzerland" when ordering, we apply Swiss VAT.

You pay online with Swiss VAT of 7.7%. because it is our freight forwarder who will pay the VAT directly to the Swiss State. Except for professionals if you have created your account and you have contacted our service to set up your orders without VAT.
