Return and refund for France

The refund of your order can be done:

  • Only on standard products. Tailor-made products (shutters, BSO, tanks, etc.) cannot be taken back or exchanged as stipulated by the commercial code.
  • If the product AND its packaging are in perfect condition to be remarketed, otherwise it will not be taken back. A discount can also be applied in proportion to the degradation and the time required to recondition the product.
  • After receiving it and after checking the points mentioned above.
  • By credit card by crediting your account, or by bank transfer.

 

Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Once the goods have been received by us and checked, we will refund the product, excluding delivery costs from our warehouses to the order address).

 

How to return the product?

To do this, you must go to your order and make a return request by clicking on the central button:

(If this button is missing, the product cannot be returned.)

Then you choose:

  • the product to be returned,
  • if you wish to change product or be reimbursed,
  • for what reason, you wish to make this return, in the menu on the right.

Upon receipt of your form, we will respond to you within 48-72 hours with the acceptance or not of your request.

I haven't created an account, how do I access my order?

If you are unable to access your order to make your request, write the order number or your email here in this area, and click on the small black arrow on the right. An email will be sent to you with a link.

Can I make a part exchange?

Unfortunately not, the easiest way is to recommend the news that suits you. We will refund the one that will be returned to us upon receipt and validation. These are two different processes.
