Each parcel sent via Chronopost has a tracking number that you will find in the dispatch confirmation email or in Your account. With this number, you can track your package:

  • by phone on 0969 391 391 from France and the overseas departments and territories and New Caledonia (call at the cost of a local call) Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Remark:

  • A signature may be required upon delivery. When ordering, please indicate your digicode number, which is essential for delivery. It is also recommended to provide a telephone number.
